Our first contact will most likely be through email or phone call, with you the potential client, where we arrange a visit to site. We would then arrange an appointment to come and see your project, be it a twisted handrail for the steps or a grand re-design and re-plant, we need to see your garden. We can establish pretty quickly if this is a project requiring a simple quotation or onto a more detailed consultative process requiring a more intimate knowledge of the space, yourselves and your requirements.

For a simple quotation we will try and get this to you within 7 working days, as for a design or consultative planting process we will establish a timeframe with you and work closely for as long as it takes or as short as it needs to get it right.
